Made for the Gin lover in us all its full flavoured yet subtle finish is enough to compliment any cocktail.

Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.

Mystery Gin is a sweet Gin, with blood orange the prominent flavour. The flavour is often compared to orange tic tacs.The beautiful blue colour is derived from the Butterfly Pea flower, which is also a natural PH indicator. Mix the Mystery Gin with tonic water or lemon juice to change the colour from blue to pink.

We pass alcohol vapour through a mixture of juniper and hop, creating a perfect fusion of flavours. Our classic Small Batch flavour with a delicate but rich hoppy nose and a long smooth finish.

Cedar Fox's Barrel Aged gin is un-filtered and is matured in whisky barrels for a period of up to four months, imparting wood and subtle whisky notes while still maintaining upfront gin qualities. Billy Goat's Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.
