Fabien Coche Les Chevalieres

Domaine Boisson-Vadot 'Pierre Boisson' Les Grands Charrons

Domaine Xavier Monnot Meursault 1er Cru Les Charmes

Olivier Leflaive Meursault

Olivier Leflaive was co-manager of Domaine Leflaive until 1994 before withdrawing to concentrate on his own venture which he started in 1985. Today the domaine produces wine from some 65 appellations with 85% of the production being white wine. One of Burgundys most respected producers the estate produces a number of domaine wines from its own vineyards alongside its range of negocé bottlings. This Chardonnay is a wine with a fine aromatic intensity of almond, hazelnut, apple and a nice balance between smoothness and freshness on the palate.

Catena Zapata Malbec Argentino

Domaine Jean Noel Gagnard La Boudriotte Premier Cru

There are many "lieux-dits" (or "named places") in the Morgeot appellation. Their wines may all be sold under their own names as long as the conditions of independent harvesting and vinification are met. If not, they are sold under the "Morgeot" name. This is how we used to produce a significant Morgeot wine until 2001, by grouping the grapes from the "Petit Clos" and "Chaume" lieux-dits, the latter also being called "La Boudriotte". The grapes from these 2 lieux-dits have been harvested and vinified separately since 2002, thus creating the Chassagne-Montrachet "La Boudriotte" appellation.

Domaine Lamy-Pillot Pot Bois

Domaine Lamy-Pillot Pot Bois, Chassagne-Montrachet Domaine Lamy-Pillot is a small family-run winery, established in 1973, which counts as relatively youthful for the region. The wines of Lamy-Pillot are consistent and drinkable in the very best sense. The Pot Bois Chassagne-Montrachet represents incredible value. A beautifully balanced white, the fruit comes from vines that are rooted in the tiny Premier Cru vineyard of Les Caillerets, with vine shoots in La Grande Montagne Premier Cru. This joyfully yellow Chardonnay is pleasantly lively with yellow fruit and flowery freshness. Balanced richness creeps in with those textbook Chassagne-Montrachet caramel tones, replete with a buttery nuttiness. Aged for 12 to 18 months in 25% new oak.

Clotilde Davenne Chablis Vieilles Vignes

CLOTILDE DAVENNE Chablis Vieilles Vignes Chablis is a superb winegrowing region entirely dedicated to Chardonnay. Clotilde Davenne Chablis comes from the village of Courgis, right next door to her winery in Prehy. Pale in colour with hints of green, the Chablis Vieilles Vignes offers a nice freshness and aromatic nose of fresh fruits, white flowers and dried fruit. The mineral aromas, of flint in particular, make it sing.

Clotilde Davenne Grand Cru Blanchots

CLOTILDE DAVENNE Grand Cru Blanchots Clotilde Davenne wines come from the village of Courgis, right next door to her winery in Prehy. Limpid and luminous in colour, the nose on the Grand Cru Blanchots is very aromatic and chalky with a subtle intensity of hawthorn, acacia and fleur de lys. On the palate, the wine is lively, rich and complex. The rich flavours evolve towards earth and undergrowth with a brilliant minerality and notes of very refined iodine. It is persistent, fresh and expressive.
