Zonte's Footstep Nature's Crux Organic Fleurieu Shiraz
All around the world, the bee is a superstar in our ecosystem; a bellwether one would say. We view the bee as the barometer to the vineyard’s health and its biosphere. Healthy Bee’s; Happy Vines! In tribute to this we have adorned our Shiraz with a busy bee. DisplayingPlum,Licoriceand highlights ofBlackcurrant.

Soul Growers 'Esperanza' Shiraz
Equal parts powerful and elegant, this is outstanding shiraz. You can always rely on Soul Growers to deliver quality over and above- and the Esperanza shiraz does that tenfold. Each drop of wine can be traced back to the ground it came from- literally. Working with some of the valley's best growers year on year on year (for decades) consistency and quality is at the heart of this winery. A symphony of violets and plums, with gentle hums of baking spice and anise complimenting this generously fruited drop.
St Hallet Sacred Ground Shiraz
Moody, dark, swirling black fruits sit right at the core of this quintessentially Barossan beast. A smattering of red and blue fruits provide freshness and a little lift to what is otherwise very serious business. There is no mistaking a St Hallet classic - when it comes to shiraz, and when it comes to Barossa, they don't muck about. The Sacred Ground is an old favourite among the 'big and bold' faithful, and this iteration is no departure from that well earned reputation. Rich, ripe, chocolate, earthy and opulent. Little hints of cedar and tobacco sit deftly around determined, full throttle fruit density. St Hallet at their best - unashamedly broad and imposing while remaining stylish, complex, and relinquishing no ground when it comes to sophistication.
Golden Amrita Shiraz
With juice from the classic Greenock Vineyard, the winemaker (and Master of Wine), specially selects a tiny portion of the best barrels to create a smooth but gutsy shiraz with astounding regional expressivity. A richly textured and full-bodied wine designed to drink beautifully in its youth but has the structure and fruit concentration to age for a further 10 years. Pure black and red fruit, vibrant acidic structure and pillowy, fine-grained tannins; all this coupled with a healthy maturation in brand new American oak barrels create a chocolatey, silky and wholly mouth-filling wine. Throw in a few years of age and you've got a well-integrated, classically Barossa shiraz with a long life ahead of it. Drinking now? Decant for 30 minutes for best results!
