The brewing process makes Kölsch something of a cross between ale and lager and results in a wonderfully lemony, easy drinking beer. The soft, delicate hoppiness balances the fruity maltiness well and leads up to a clean, dry and fresh finish with just a hint of grapefruit - delicious.

This dry hopped lager carries a slightly dank aroma along with gooseberry and citrus notes.
