Barringwood Tasmanian Cuvee Methode Traditionelle Non-Vintage
Salmon blush. Aromas of strawberries and cream. On the palate hints of toffee apple and citrus with a creamy mouth feel. In 2012 Vanessa and Neville Bagot were visiting Vanessas beloved home state of Tasmania, when they were made aware that Barringwood Park Vineyard (as it was then called) was for sale. A single visit to the stunning site along with wine tasting captivated them. Perhaps it is too simplistic to say they liked the wine so much they bought the vineyard, but its not too far from the mark. The first vines at Barringwoods original Lower Barrington vineyard were planted on the site of a working sawmill in 1993. Vanessa and Neville have planted two new vineyards in Evandale and Cranbrook, in addition to the original Lower Barrington plantings. Barringwood Vineyard has one of the longest growing seasons in Tasmania giving their wines delicacy and elegance along with a classic backbone of cool climate acidity. Since the first vintage in 1998, Barringwoods multi award winning single vineyard wines have consistently been among Tasmanias best.

IronHouse Vineyard Sparkling White
A beautifully crisp and sharp sparkling white, this blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier is presenting luscious green apple, apricot notes and subtle limes without compromising the inherent fruit flavor by being too dry. Outside of a Blanc de Blanc this is undoubtedly one of the best glasses of bubbles you will enjoy this vintage. Paired with a few dozen fresh oysters or sharp blue cheese, will definitely eclipse any other sparkling white available.

Ninth Island Sparkling Rosé Non-Vintage
Ninth Island Sparkling Rose displays bright lifted aromas of rose petals, fresh strawberry, spice and pouring cream. This wine represents the beauty of Tasmanian Pinot Noir, supported by the fresh zesty structure of Chardonnay. The palate is layered and rich, due to bottling aging on lees, balanced by refreshing natural acidity creating a sparkling wine of texture and poise.
