When we think Vodka we think purity. It all begins with our raw material, whereby the waste material of the winemaking industry is utilised giving it an effective second life. Grape marc (waste skins, seeds, fruit, juice) is utilised & rectified to craft our unique vodka. We simply then charcoal filter the vodka to ensure purity so we retain the regional Adelaide Hills characteristics, giving subtle notes of citrus & floral tones.

The only two components of our handcrafted vodka are premium quality spirit and spring water. Our purest spirit is three times distilled from New Zealand whey or, as we like to call it, milk honey. The spring water we use comes from two distinct sources from both the North and South Islands of New Zealand. All this makes Broken Shed Vodka naturally smooth and enjoyable. Broken Shed Vodka has no additives or sweeteners and is naturally gluten and GMO free.

Australia first smoked gin Bushfire is a smokey, unique gin based on an original London dry gin recipe but with the original ingredients substituted for our own Australian native botanicals. The individual botanicals have been smoked with Iron Bark to uncover a rich, smokey palate with sweet hints of maple.

The choice of botanicals is a starting point for any distiller and its inclusion of fresh strawberries that gives this gin its unique blush pink hue. Featuring complex fruit flavours thanks to the inclusion of fresh strawberries, which are steeped together with an array of other botanicals. Created using our base spirit which is grown, harvested & distilled at our East Coast Distillery, located in the pristine Island state of Tasmania, this artisan style Hopped Gin is a combination of the 9 botanicals which include locally sourced Tasmanian pepperberries, lemon myrtle, and the renowned Tasmanian hop. We pass alcohol vapour through a mixture of juniper and hop, creating a perfect fusion of flavours. Our classic Small Batch flavour with a delicate but rich hoppy nose and a long smooth finish.

A grape vodka, produced from the low wines grown in our East Coast IronHouse vineyards, this traditionally distilled vodka is not for the light hearted. Although exceptionally clean with a dangerously moreish hint of vanilla and caramels, this vodka when taken straight from the freezer is the perfect accompaniment to any seafood, especially caviar or oysters. Delicate, yet exceptionally clean with a crisp creamy finish. In keeping with our environmentally sound ethos, the low wines from our vines produce the clean spirit, thereby minimising wastage and confirming the source quality.
