Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. When we think Vodka we think purity. It all begins with our raw material, whereby the waste material of the winemaking industry is utilised giving it an effective second life. Grape marc (waste skins, seeds, fruit, juice) is utilised & rectified to craft our unique vodka. We simply then charcoal filter the vodka to ensure purity so we retain the regional Adelaide Hills characteristics, giving subtle notes of citrus & floral tones.
