Heinz Eifel K Mosel Riesling Kabinett

This Kabinett is made from ripe Riesling grapes from the middle Mosel Valley of Germany. The grapes are allowed to ripen on the vine for longer, earning the designation of ""Kabinett"" as traditionally, that is where these wines were stored for special occasions. This Riesling exudes flavors and aromas of ripe apples, pears, peaches and citrus, with floral aromas. Its slight sweetness makes it a perfect match with aged cheeses, chicken and cream sauces.

Famille Bougrier Chardonnay

Since 1885, FAMILLE Bougrier masters the Art of Fine wines with the same passion and aim: offering the best expression of the French terroirs, and keeping the highest respect for land and people. Renowned for the high quality of their wines, here they have produced an impressive chardonnay with characteristic yellow colour, with a nuance of gold. Its subtle nose will remind of you some fresh butter, nuts and roasted almonds. Its palate is fully bodied and fruity with a pleasant roundness.

Francois Martenot Gamay

A light and fruity red with varietal notes of sour cherry and red fruit. It finishes softly, is unpretentious and easy to quaff.

Chimay Cinq Cents Golden Ale

This beer with its typical golden colour, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beers flavour comes from the smell of hops, above all it is the fruity notes of Muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth.

Chimay Premiere Amber Ale

The red-cap was the first beer to be brewed by the Trappist monks. It is noted for its coppery colour which makes it particularly attractive. Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance. Its taste, which imparts a silky sensation to the tongue, is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness.

Petaluma Croser Non-Vintage

This latest release from Petaluma Croser is a non vintage sparkling wine. The classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay offers a delicate bouquet of fresh citrus and white peach with a light yeastiness on the nose. Persistence bubbles with a dry long finish.
