Xanadu Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is vibrant and robust with great balance from the bouquet of ripe forest fruits and violet on the nose; A refined structure of tannins, oak use and the acidity on the palate; All are great indications of a wine that would benefit from careful bottle maturation for many years to come.

Margaret River is a world renowned Chardonnay producing region and Pierro can rightfully stake a claim as to why. Bringing them together is a joy, creating one of the finest expressions of our unique terroir. Confidence and class shine through with notes of white flowers, white pepper, and sea salt, unfolding into delicate layers of pastry apple tart and bitter almond. The palate is dynamic and vibrant, offering complex layers of citrus blossom, candied lemon, macadamia, and yellow grapefruit, all balanced by mineral tones and fine phenolic grip.

Is this Australia's best Chardonnay? If not then it shares the rarified air reserved for only the finest examples. Rich yet restrained, with mineral notes, cashew and almond meal, amazing fruit complexity and wonderful length...why not try the benchmark?

Margaret River icons, Leeuwin Estate, have produced a wine of true class here. A great finish to the vintage shows up here with aromas of cassis, redcurrant and chocolate. Sweet ripe fruit on the palate is well matched with toasty French oak and fine tannin.

Sourced and grown in the Adelaide Hills, this is a fine example of how good Chardonnay from this region can be. This is a blend of 3 different cultivars of the Chardonnay grape. Bunch pressed and in part wild fermented. Partial malolactic fermentation imparts further complexity. A beautifully textured and complex wine.
