Aaron Mercer's new self-named venture is going from strength to strength, and is delivering some exceptional wines from across NSW.Pale lemon. Citrus, stonefruit and hints of almond bread. Restrained and light-bodied with a fresh mix of peach, pear and lime zest, refreshing acidity, zippy mouthfeel and hints of glazed ginger on the dry finish. An uncomplicated early-drinker.

Margan Albarino is naturally high in acid and has ripe fruit flavours at lower levels of ripeness.This combination produces a fruit driven wine with great acid finish that needs no oak or residual sugar. The variety has a natural saltiness to it that makes it a fantastic food match.

Mount Pleasant Elizabeth continues to be an all time favourite of not only Semillon lovers, but affordable dry white lovers across the board. With it's golden hue with a green tinge and baked apple with hints of toastiness on the nose. Citrus flavours of lemon and lime and a buttery texture with good length and crispness on the finish. Vintage 2021 Region Hunter/Hilltops, NSW. This year's wine is inspired by the classic Alsatian white wines of France, wines that are fruit driven and often a sweet touch. A blend of Semillon, Riesling and Arneis produces a foral driven nose, middle palate sweetness with a crisp citrus finish. A perfect match for cheese and fresh seafood. Drink well chilled.

Hungerford Hill Verdelho has proven itself to be best suited to warmer viticultural climates, such as the Hunter Valley, where a complex unwooded style flavour ripeness is achieved and expressed early in the growing season allowing a fuller flavoured aromatic white wine. Brilliant youthful green in colour. A pungent aroma of spicy citrus, musk stick and hints of lavender whilst the palate is constant and complemented with hints of lemon and passionfruit with a subtle linear acid structure.
