Yarra View White Label Pinot Noir

The complexity in this Pinot Noir is evident in layers of spicy plummy fruits which are complemented by fine tannins. Enjoy now or over the medium term.

Pacha Mama Pinot Noir

This wine is made with Pinot Noir fruit grown on some spectacular vineyard sites in the Yarra Valley, comprising predominantly MV6 clone, with some 114 and 115. Pacha Mama use minimal additives or fining and aim to let the fruit shine through rather than clobbering all over it with heavy oak use or commercial wine-making techniques. Flavours of sour cherry and wild strawberries carry on to the palate complexed by a savoury spice and intriguing earthiness that lingers long after the last mouthful.

Terindah Estate Rose

Visually striking; light watermelon flesh in colour from minimal skin contact Pinot Noir Rose. Pink carnations, pomegranate, and nectarine blush highlight the bouquet which then dominate the fine-boned palate. Refreshing acidity ties together everything nicely.

Save Our Souls Sangiovese

The wine shows aromas of violets and black fruits including black cherry, black currant and blackberry as well as subtle rose petal and earth. The palate is savoury and firmly structured with primary fruit notes coming to the fore. Food Pairing Any dish that includes canned tomatoes.

Wedgetail Pinot Noir Par 3

This wine is as bright as a button, it bursts with energy from the rich fruit that as been created in the purest way possible, from vineyard to the bottle. It has great aromatics. The savoury style of the wine is supported with flavours of spices, bright berries and red plums and a touch of new oak. A very quaffable for the price.

Merricks Estate Shiraz

Intense aromas & flavours of black fruit, liquorice & spice including intense black pepper and cedar characters.

Fleet Wines Young Wines Pinot Gris

Lisa and Justin Jenkins are rising stars in the minimal intervention wine community. They have a passion for all things wine & hospitality and are dedicated to expressing the place in which the grapes are grown. Fruit is sourced from Red Hill on Victorias Mornington Peninsula and it spends time in old oak barrels with some gentle lees stirring throughout its journey.

Bress Range Pinot Noir

The wine is tightly packed full of black fruit, spice, cloves, and liquorice. The grape tannins are soft and are beautifully integrated into the wine, giving the wine structure and adding power, balance and a savoury richness. Adam Marks established Bress in 2001 with a desire to produce wines with fruit sourced from notable regions and minimal intervention.“We believe certain grape-growing regions are better suited to particular grape varieties than others,” says winemaker Adam Marks. “The French have understood this for several centuries and some Australian wine producers are now embracing this belief.” Bress, located in Harcourt near Bendigo, Victoria, is one such producer. Adam doesn’t restrict himself to sourcing grapes from one specific region; he’d rather make the most of the diversity of climates and soils central Victoria has to offer and looks to the Yarra Valley, Macedon Ranges, Bendigo and Heathcote for the best quality fruit.

Hickinbotham of Drom Mornington Peninsula Lagrein

Our first vintage of this Northern Italian variety shows off it's cool climate heritage. Bold fragrant fruit flavours of bloodplums, hint of tobacco and dark chocolate with solid earthy tannin on the finish.
