Doña Celia Blanco Tequila
Doña Celia is a premium 100% agave tequila, and is presented in a bottle reminiscent of the famous Mexican Catrina. The Catrina, is used in Mexican folklore in the Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) festivals. Catrinas are seen everywhere in Mexico, and this beautifully detailed ceramic bottle is a striking display piece with a great story. Dona Celia Blanco is an unaged tequila that is bottled after a second distillation in order to keep its natural characteristics together with transparency and brightness. Lifted, floral and savoury in character, this tequila is delicious to drink on its own or mixed in cocktails. Hussong's Tequila Reposado
Hussong’s Reposado Tequila is made from 100% blue weber agave, harvested at a minimum age of 5 years, from both the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. A unique cooking method combining the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. The Tequila is then aged for five months in used bourbon barrels to give it a complex flavour and delicate aroma. Aromas of vanilla custard, citrus and almonds lead to a hint of liquorice, fruity agave and toasted banana bread, the perfect mix of citrus and toasted oak.
Hussong's Tequila Anejo
Hussong’s Anejo Tequila is made from 100% blue weber agave, harvested at a minimum age of 5 years, from both the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. A unique cooking method combining the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. The Tequila is then aged for at least 15 months in used bourbon barrels to give it a smooth and balanced taste. Refined and complex aromas of caramel, vanilla, apple and cinnamon are reminiscent of apple pie, the palate continues with added notes of chocolate, orange and honey with a hint of aromatic spice and a toasted oak finish.

Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. This anejo tequila is aged 16 months. It features a very satisfying agave rich palate featuring salty and buttery vanilla garnished with oaky smoke.

The blanco (unaged) is a wonderfully clean palate with good agave, crisp apple and sweet tropical fruit notes (pineapple and ripe pear).
Herradura Reposado Tequila

Herradura Añejo Tequila

Tequila Fortaleza Blanco

Today he produces Tequila Fortaleza there using 100% stone-milled agave, entirely produced on the estate which lies right in the middle of the town of Tequila. Fortaleza Blanco Tequila is unaged. It has an amazingly soft texture and vegetal sweetness with a long and satisfying finish.
