The Gold Turtle range from Madfish had always been a family favorite. Pale lime yellow in colour, their Riesling has the classic varietal characters, such as lifted citrus blossom and minerals. Generous lemon curd and citrus fruits on the palate it finishes with mouthwatering acidity. Great match with seafood.

Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. The chardonnay displays bright notes of citrus blossom, peach fuzz and melon that merge beautifully with rich nuances of crème caramel, lemon curd and vanilla pod. A scattering of nutmeg and preserved pear furthers the texture and flavour on the palate.

With its light to medium body, Vermentino has a similar weight and profile to Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Riesling. Fresh jasmine, green apple and peaches provide a luscious bouquet of aromas. This estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc and fruit from selected Southern Margaret River growers. Zesty citrus, passionfruit and herbal aromas are combined with hint of 'gunflint'. The palate exhibits clean passionfruit and citrus flavours, with a core of cleansing natural acidity that provides freshness and poise with a persistent and flavoursome finish.

West Cape Howe's Sauvignon Blanc enjoyed a cool ripening season in WA's Great Southern region that has produced this lovely white with real intensity and varietal character. Fresh, lively aromas of are followed by a palate with zesty flavours and crisp acidity.

Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is delicate yet full, the palate is distinctively lemon and lime with subtle star anise, lemongrass and clove. Richness and weight are balanced with fresh acidity, giving direction and finesse.

West Cape How Semillon Sauvignon Blanc has a bright and aromatic bouquet with a mix of herbaceous gooseberry and citrus aromas leads into a palate with great mouth feel, balance and length.

Voyager Estate in the Margaret River seem to have a mortgage on this style! An attractive herbal edge on the nose is supported by a lemony/minerally palate with terrific acid and length.

The Hidden Cave range from Devil's Lair is the chance for the winemakers at this iconic Margaret River winery to express the daring and exciting edge to the regions wines. Their Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a racy little aromatic white with exotic aromas of crushed basil and lychee that are followed by flavours of gooseberry, mango and passionfruit. All capped off with some lime zest on the finish to complete this supreme crisp dry white wine.
