The Deep Woods Estate Hillside Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that can be enjoyed on release but will find further complexity over the next two to three years. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit and the aroma of nectarine, ripe citrus and white blossom.

Very bright and clear with a light hint of green/gold colour. Super fresh and pungent with light tropical fruit characters of passionfruit, kiwifruit and ripe pear. Quite fresh and zesty! The light tropical fruit flavours are well tempered by the tangy acidity. It has a nice weight on the palate and considerable length of flavour; the delicious crisp acidity contributing to its long clean finish.
