One of the most anticipated white wine releases each year, the Leeuwin Sauvignon Blanc may be small in quantities but is big on ripe tropical flavours and tangy acidity.

This is a WA producer to keep your eyes one. This stunning Riesling is sourced from their Bates Rock vineyard. It has apple blossom and citrus aromas, while the palate shows a softly textured, crisp style with subtle mineral undertones.

From a single block on our family owned vineyard based in the cool Great Southern, our flagship Ferngrove Cossack Riesling exudes fresh cut lime, pink grapefruit and zesty lemon with a long lasting minerality. Native to Australia's South West, the Cossack Spider-orchid is the common name for the endangered flora adorning the label.

Once & Well is an elegant example of Chardonnay from the cool climate of Margaret River. Once & Well sets a high benchmark for this wine style. Ripe stone fruit and spring florals with hints of spice and oak on the nose, this wine has a mouth watering acidity structure that complement the richer mouthfill of the wine beautifully.

Vasse Felix Classic Dry White contains flavours of gooseberries that dominate the aroma of this blend with hints of stone fruit and perfume in the background. Fresh and lively with lovely texture and good length of flavour it is ideal summer drinking.

Colour is a shimmering pale straw, the nose an enticing explosion of vibrant youthful character: lemon blossom, ground lime zest, lavender, fruit tingle, musk and talc. On the palate intense citrus and green apple characters bring appealing fruit sweetness, restrained by gentle guiding acidity that delivers persistence of flavour and a long, fresh finish, with the lingering wet stone minerality that is a signature of Great Southern Riesling. Exuberant but impeccably balanced, this wine has a great future.

The MadFish range by traditional Margaret River producer, Howard Park, is one of great value and regionality. This Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend is a Western Australian staple with gooseberry flavours along with real citrus zest lift and a cleansing back palate. But it is the complexity in this wine that is truly remarkable and something that isn't often seen in this blend.

This delicious WA Shiraz is beautifully weighted. The lovely rich and spicy berry fruit flavours are balanced by gently drying tannins, and enhanced by light, complex oak characters. It's easy to see why this beautiful Shiraz achieved 92 Halliday points.

Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. The chardonnay displays bright notes of citrus blossom, peach fuzz and melon that merge beautifully with rich nuances of crème caramel, lemon curd and vanilla pod. A scattering of nutmeg and preserved pear furthers the texture and flavour on the palate.

Blend of two-thirds Sauvignon Blanc and one-third Semillon gets a touch of barrel aging, reflected in its silky texture more than any overt aromas or flavours. The palate is fruit-forward, offering hints of citrus, under ripe nectarine and green apple, finishing long and mouth-watering. Overall a youthful and vibrant blend.
