Willow Bridge Coat of Arms Cabernet Sauvignon

Aromatic dark fruits of mulberry and black plum. A complex and layered palate of primary mulberry and blackberry supported by black olive and dark chocolate with the gentlest hint of toasty french oak. Estate grown from the spectacular hillside vineyard in the Ferguson Valley of the Geographe wine region, fruit is sourced predominately from the Blinman block which was planted in 1998. Soil is typically a deep layer of ironstone gravelly loam over red and yellow friable clay with slight westerly aspects at elevations of 220 to 250m above sea level. The Coat of Arms is an expression of the deep dark fruit characters we attain from the Ferguson region, rich and smooth with lashings of chocolate, entwined with secondary characters of oak and black olive. Winemaking technique enhances the aromatic and flavour profile of the varieties whilst maintaining a long fine tannin structure. Maturation adds further layers.

Oakridge Cabernet Sauvignon

Oakridge are well known for their white wine styles, especially their Chardonnay, but don't forget the Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that can do so well. Deep Woods Single Vineyard Cabernet Malbec

Inky dark red/purple in colour. The nose is redolent with rich plums, dark fruits and warm spices, layered and complex. The palate is plush and generous and exhibits amazing length with detailed tannin structure. This super fine structure frames mulberry and blackberry fruits that cascade across the palate with wonderful exuberance and persistence. James Halliday Winemaker Of The Year 2019.

Tapanappa Wrattonbully Cabernet Shiraz

The colour is medium density and purple edged, the aroma is of cedar and spicy cassis Cabernet and the earthy terroir character of the Whalebone Vineyard. The Shiraz plays a role in filling out the middle palate. The core of the wine is sweet but the finish is of gentle savoury tannin. The fruit flavours are sweet at the core but the wine retains the elegance, savory balance and refined but determined tannins, which are hallmarks of the Whalebone terroir.

Grant Burge Corryton Park Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2010 Corryton Park is a wine of amazing depth and complexity. The wine showcases classic Cabernet Sauvignon with fragrant aromas of blackcurrant, tobacco, mint, blackberry and cedar.

Singlefile Cabernet Sauvignon

'There's some pretty exciting wine coming from the Frankland River region in Great Southern. Not only are there some fine wineries and winemakers in the region, the climate seems to be well suited to growing premium wines. Not a bad combination, in my view. The establishment up the road in Margaret River should be very proud to see another WA region making such fantastic wines, but it should also be wary of complacency. Singlefile has been on my radar for a while and it seldom puts a foot wrong. This cabernet from the Riversdale Vineyard is further proof of its credentials. It's got just the right amount of fruit, balanced with some more complex savoury characters and a palate that has the tension between tannin, acid and fruit in complete harmony. This is a wine of style and grown-up grace and confidence from a relatively young region...' - Canberra Times, 31 May 2014, by Fergus McGhie.

Rosabrook Single Vineyard Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Deeply coloured, with the classic bouquet of briar Cabernet and unmistakably Margaret River this wine has a rich and structured palate of some dimension and length.
