This Pinot noir is the flagship from Two Paddocks an organically grown barrel selection from the estate properties. As in the vineyard, the wine is hand crafted using traditional methods including a 25% whole bunch indigenous fermentation and hand plunging. The rich yet elegant wine has a cherry and raspberry palate, grainy tannin, fresh medium acidity with superb premium oak integration. The palate shows some dark berry nuances and secondary savoury characters. The finish of this Pinot Noir is elegant and long.
