Weihenstephan Festbier

The world's oldest brewery, Weihenstephan, have released their limited edition Weissbier perfect for any celebration. A slightly stronger, celebration-friendly lager that exhibits those trademark German-lager aromas of herbal hops with a nice balance of full-bodied malts. There is a nice fruity zing on the back of the nose that is wonderfully displayed on the front palate. Quality hops then deliver warm and delicious notes of honey, citrus fruit and spice.

La Trappe Blond

La Trappe is the only Trappist beer located outside of Belgium and is only one of the seven still producing Trappist beers today. Shikkoku is a Japanese word that reflects the jet black colour of onyx, perfect for this enchantingly dark, slow-aged brew marked by an elegant and mellow flavour profile. Dark shadows contrast sharply with the brightness of its fine, tea-coloured head. Aromatic hops surround the nose. COEDO Shikkoku is created with two variations of black malt which are combined with six other malt varieties, making for a black lager that is smooth, light and balanced - never cloying.

4 Pines Stout

COEDO Beniaka

Coedo Beniaka is an unfiltered Imperial Sweet Potato Amber Ale. Fermented for an extended period, the Beniaka boasts an aromatic sweetness in its amber tones. Its unique profile is owed to a combination of high quality malts, roasted kintoki sweet potatoes and excellent beer craftmanship. Beniaka is unique to the Bushu area, and uses the famous kintoki sweet potato, a specialty item in Kawagoe.

COEDO Shiro

COEDO Shiro is instantly recognizable by its bright colour, tinged with soft, milky white glow. Yeasts selected specifically for their ability to bring out sweet aromas from the wheat, are complemented by fruity notes for a rich yet refreshing brew that is smooth on the tongue and goes down with flourish. We chose the Japanese word for 'white' for our Hefeweizen as a way to capture not only its bright colour, but also its distinctively gentle character.
