Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs
Perrier-Jouët's origin story dates back to 1810, when the cork supplier Pierre Nicolas Perrier married Rose Adélaide Jouët and began producing champagne under the name Perrier-Jouët the following year. Adèle focused on vineyards and winemaking while Pierre Nicolas focused on sales and marketing. Shipments to Great Britain began in 1815, followed by the United States in 1837. After Charles Perrier, Henri Gallice and his younger brother Octave became Perrier-Jouët directors. Octave, an art lover, met Emile Gallé in Paris and requested a design for Maison Perrier-Jouët, which became the iconic emblem of the brand. One of the world's oldest champagnes, a Perrier-Jouët vintage 1825, was opened and tasted in 2009. Harold Macmillan, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1957 to 1963, favoured vintage Perrier-Jouët. This passion has been passed down through the generations, shaping the House's philosophy of creative freedom and unconventional observation of nature. Maison Perrier-Jouët's affinity with the Art Nouveau movement is expressed through the emblematic anemone motif illustrated by Emile Gallé in 1902. Today, the House continues to reinvent luxury by collaborating with artists to create an extravagant universe. Along with their unique legacy, such as the creation of their first brut champagne in 1842 and the iconic floral Cuvée named Belle Epoque Cuvée, Perrier-Jouët also made history with the appointment of the first woman to hold the position of cellar master in 2020. Perrier-Jouët produces a wide range of vintage and non-vintage cuvée, with an annual production of approximately 3,000,000 bottles. The pride of the brand is its prestige label, Belle Epoque. With 266 acres of vineyards situated in the heart of Champagne, Perrier-Jouët maintains control over the quality and consistency of its champagne production. More than half of its vineyards are located in the Grand Crus of Cramant and Avize, allowing Perrier-Jouët to create exceptional champagne that is unparalleled in quality and taste. Today, as a member of the Pernod Ricard group of brands, Perrier-Jouët's legacy of exceptional champagne-making continues to thrive and evolve. Through their dedication to quality and innovation, Perrier-Jouët remains one of the most respected and iconic champagne brands in the world. Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs is a champagne that exudes elegance, finesse and a sense of exclusivity. Crafted with utmost precision and care, this exquisite champagne was originally created from the 1993 harvest and released to commemorate the arrival of the new millennium. This momentous occasion marked a significant milestone for Perrier-Jouët, making the launch of Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs all the more special. Perrier-Jouët, staying true to the exceptional standards set by its founders, only declares a vintage in years of near perfect conditions. This meticulous approach ensures that each vintage cuvée is a rare gem, embodying the unique characteristics of the particular year it was produced. Among these vintages, Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs stands out as the rarest of them all, a true testament to its exceptional quality and rarity. With its delicate aromas of white flowers, Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs 2012 is the quintessential expression of Chardonnay. This precise and subtle champagne is remarkable for its elegance and silken texture on the palate.

Pol Roger Brut Reserve Non-Vintage
Pol Roger Brut displays a beautiful golden straw coloured hue, as well as abundant and fine bubbles. With a powerful and attractive nose, it first delivers aromas of fruit (pear and mango) and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. Behind a frank and dynamic attack, the wine encompasses a nice harmony and a pleasant freshness, whilst preserving some structure. On the palate, flavours of cooked fruit (quince jelly, apricot jam) happily mingle with fragrances of beeswax and acacia honey. The long-lasting aromas, composed of both fruity (candied orange peel, tangerine) and spicy notes (cardamom, anis) is outstanding.
Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame Rose
In 1818, Madame Clicquot made the first-ever "rosé d'assemblage" champagne by mixing some of her red Bouzy wines with white ones. La Grande Dame Rosé honors her idea by using 90% Pinot Noir from the historical Grands Crus of Aÿ, Verzenay, Verzy, Ambonnay, and Bouzy, enriched by 10% Chardonnay from Avize and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. This base is then blended with 13% Pinot Noir red wine exclusively from the 'Clos Colin' parcel, situated in Bouzy. Aged on lees for 10 years in bottle before being disgorged and topped with a dosage of 8g/L.
Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blanc ( )
Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010 is the quintessential Blanc de Blancs. This exceptionnal vintage celebrates the savoir-faire of the people at the heart of each bottle. This cuvée is, above all, defined by an ageing process that brings more complexity and depth. For Dom Ruinart, the Maison only selects chardonnay from exceptional terroirs, mostly grand cru. 90% of our chardonnays are chosen from the Côte des Blancs (Le Mesnil-sur- Oger, Avize, Chouilly & Cramant), the heartland of this variety, with easterly exposure; and the other 10% are from the north-facing Montagne de Reims, particularly the grand cru sites of Sillery, the Maison’s historic vineyard. Also a first with this vintage, Ruinart has revolutionised its packaging with the new "Second Skin" case, which replaced the unitary boxes. This sustainable innovation required two years of research and development. Dom Ruinart’s chalk wrap offers a new interpretation of this innovation. Velvety soft to the touch like chalk, with its gentle reliefs and crevices crisscross, as if carved directly into chalky rock. A hand-applied gold marking enhances its exceptional character. The discreetly engraved 1729 on the fastening button indicates the heritage of Maison Ruinart, the world’s first champagne House.
