Named after a sea beast of myth and legend, The Kraken is unique Caribbean black spiced rum. Enriched with exotic spice notes of ginger, cinnamon and clove. The rich black colour takes its hue from the mysterious ink with which, as legend has it, The Kraken, a beast of epic proportions, covered its prey. Made using 100% Australian grown rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia. The whiskey is aged in charred, new American oak barrels to embody the characteristics of traditional rye whiskey. Flavour notes: Sweet allspice, clove and pepper followed by dried red fruit and creme caramel.

Ink Dry Gin was created in the Northern Rivers of NSW after a global voyage of botanical discovery. This rum is from 2016 harvest molasses that has been aged in 3 x 225 litre, uncharred shiraz casks. Consists of Cask Number 81,83 & 87. Bottled in April 2021 at 47.5% Alc it is a numbered release. With an initial limited release of 700 bottles. Colour: Our Rum is crimson red to rich brown and caramel, aged in uncharred Shiraz Casks from a locally sourced Riverina Winery for 4 years, it contains natural colouring and flavouring from the casks with a rich molasses finish. Made from a 100% natural maceration of Victorian pineapple with a double matured Trinidad Rum. This Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum has a rich and delicious bouquet on the nose. Accented by smoky notes and tropical fruit aromas such as, pineapple, citrus peel, and a touch of clove. The palate opens with a structured, pleasant sensation of ripe banana, pineapple, and spices layered in a smoky finish.

Traditionally favoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, native Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people. The Green Ants display vibrant coriander and kaffir lime leaf flavours, with a citrus and lime burst on the palate further enhanced by Finger Lime. Native Juniper (Boobialla) is evident in the floral, perfumed aromatics, while spicy notes of Pepper Berry balance the citrus flavours. Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle provide green, leafy herbaceous characters which replicate traditional English Juniper resin characters.

Veuve Capet is the first Vodka exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes (hand-harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs, in French Champagne vineyards). After a fivefold distillation and charcoal filtration, this vodka was assembled with perfectly pure water. Veuve Capet has a unique character, combining roundness and fruitness.
