A luscious East Coast style IPA, transmogrified with the addition of Phantasm thiol powder and our own ‘double shot’ co-fermentation technique, naturally releasing an aromatic phantasmagoria of ripe tropical fruits, guava, gooseberry, nectarine and passionfruit.

Tooheys Old gains its darker colour from intense black malt. Rich fruity flavours blend well with subtle hoppiness, hints of coffee and chocolate to deliver a unique and robust beer. Carton of 12 x 750mL bottles.

The distinctive fruity and bitter taste of Orval beer means it has become a genuine reference in the exclusive world of authentic Trappist beers. Orval beer is a high fermentation beer. The ageing process adds a fruity note, which strikes a subtle balance between the beer’s full-bodied yet complex flavour and bitterness. The beer was first brewed in 1931 and owes its unparalleled taste to the quality of the water, the hops and the yeast used. The brewery has selected very aromatic and unique hop varieties, which hark back to the first brewmaster of Orval, who hailed from Bavaria. The beer’s aromas are very pronounced while maintaining the right level of bitterness thanks to the English method of dry hopping. The various stages of fermentation – combined fermentation with the original yeast and with wild yeast, followed by fermentation in the bottle – mean the beer must age for some time and requires numerous quality controls.

We're not sure how the team at Little Creatures keep producing such amazing beers, but we're not going to complain. A special blend of premium hops give this Ale citrus and grapefruit aroma, balanced with a careful selection of specialty malts. Our Stonebarn Truffle Pale Ale Beer is made from Australian Pale Ale malt and Light Caramel malts with a blend of Australian and American hops. The light malt ensures that the flavour of the hops and Black Perigord Truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) is not too overpowering, giving the beer a milder truffle taste. The Pale Ale is brewed to be more sessionable with a lower alcohol content. This combination produces a lighter copper colour and reduces the bitterness to 23 BUs.

XXXX Bitter has a clean crisp taste, with a satisfying after bitterness. Bottom fermented at low temperatures to produce a full flavoured beer.

LA LA shreds the latest wave of IPA. Juicy aromatics and a soft malt mouthfeel, spiked with a heavy dose of West Coast alpha acid and a cool new approach to fermentation take this IPA to a new level.

Australian made and owned. Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed and fermented using a unique method of top fermentation and natural bottle conditioning. Coopers are famous for this process which leaves a natural residue of yeast during maturation and gives a cloudy appearance with an enhanced flavour. No additives, no preservatives.
