Sinapius Home Vineyard Chardonnay

100% Sinapius Estate Grown Chardonnay sourced from 20 year old vines (75%) and their newer ultra close planted vineyard (25%), totalling 5 different chardonnay clones. Very low yields (approx 1 kg/vine or 4 tonne/ha) ensuring perfect ripeness. Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, wild yeast fermentation, lees stirring, 12 months maturation in French oak barriques and puncheons (500L), 50% new, 50% 1 year old, all helps to create a highly aromatic, textural wine.

Grosset Watervale Riesling

Grosset's Watervale Riesling is a fresh, zesty Riesling full of character and flavour. The nose gives lemon, lime and orange rind with a touch of minerally freshness. The palate has concentrated zesty flavours with crisp acidity leading to a long lemony finish.

Henschke Peggy's Hill Riesling

The colour of gold struck through with green, this Riesling shows classic lime and mineral aromas with a touch of gooseberry. Rich and full-bodied, the citrus and tropical fruit flavours are underpinned by crisp acidity.

Some delicious texture and weight are great features of this wine where fresh citrus provides contrast on the palate and some nice oak provides the structure.

Hugel et Fils Pinot Gris

This Pinot gris by Hugel et Fils is rich and rounded, although still dry, it is ideal with terrines, white meats and fish in sauce. Of all the Alsace varieties, Tokay Pinot Gris has the greatest ageing potential.

Seville Estate Chardonnay

Seville Estate are firmly entrenched in Yarra Valley history and folklore after being one of the handful of wineries who, in the 1970s, re-established the Yarra Valley's reputation back to its former glory it enjoyed back in the 19th century. 40 years later and the story is no different at Seville Estate as they continue to produce award winning, terroir driven wines like this 2010 Chardonnay. Wholly barrel fermented and aged for 10 months in French oak, this great Yarra Chard shows great balance of fresh melon and citrus along with nutty oak.

Lark Hill Biodynamic Grüner Veltliner

Lark Hill have been the pioneers of this traditional Austrian variety. It was back in 2002 when Jancis Robinson visited the vineyards and stated that Lark Hill was the perfect place to grow Grüner Veltliner due to its overall terroir. With links to bio-dynaimc farming already being established, Chris Carpenter thought it was the obvious connection to begin making Grüner. Wonderfully fragrant with more than a hint of spice, Lark Hill's Grüner has a lovely textural component to it as well making it an ideal match white fish, shell fish and subtle charcuterie.

Penfolds Bin 51 Eden Valley Riesling

Penfolds began releasing the Bin 51 Riesling in the 1990s as part of the evolving white wine development program. The Eden Valley was chosen as the region for this Riesling due to the high altitude and cool climate that results in wines of intense aromatics and superb textural mouth feel. Flavours of apples, pears and bright citrus are commonplace. The Bin 51 has also shown a great propensity to age in the bottle extremely well.

Glaetzer-Dixon überblanc Riesling

The überblanc Riesling is attributed to a über 2001 vintage, winemaker Nick Glaetzer experienced in the Pflaz region of Germany, learning first hand some of the award winning techniques used by their winemakers. Tasmanian grapes sourced for the wine display the core elements, highly regarded by the Pflaz winemakers for or elegantly structured and balanced Riesling. Delicate lime zest and floral aromas fill the glass. Further citrus flavours develop on the fresh mineral structure, enhanced by the juicy fruit flavours.
