Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are sourced from several select vineyard sites located in the Wilyabrup sub region and north to Wildwood Rd in an endeavour to capture ripe fruit flavours, supple tannins and the distinctive perfume of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. A deep and inviting black cherry colour with floral notes of violets and fruity, doughy aromas of just baked blackberry muffins. The palate is soft, inviting, and full of free range forest fruits, vanilla, cocoa and loads of supple, fine tannin. Such a pleasure to drink now but with ample ripe tannin structure to allow for aging up to 5 years.

Deep purple red colour, the nose is aromatic and lifted with a briar-like quality. The palate is structured and tight but with no meanness or austerity. There is great length of flavour with a nice structured finish and a spade of good natural grape tannins.

Wine whisperer Stuart Pym has crafted this pure Cabernet Sauvignon loaded with dusty red cherry and blueberry flavours that hit all the right notes.

In the winery: Matured for 10 months in about one third new French oak from forests in Allier, Nevers and the Centre of France.In the glass: Medium red, a slight brick hue.On the nose: Lifted red berry and light cedary oak.On the palate: Stacks of primary fruit and tannins are softening with age resulting in a soft, silken finish. Still showing plenty of fruit depth and has plenty of time ahead of it.

Inky dark red/purple in colour. The nose is redolent with rich plums, dark fruits and warm spices, layered and complex. The palate is plush and generous and exhibits amazing length with detailed tannin structure. This medium bodied and elegant wine is a blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon enhanced with a small percentage of classic varietals. Following fermentation and extended maceration, the wine has been matured in new and old French oak barriques, producing a complex blend of Margaret River fruit characters including cassis, eucalypt, capsicum, mulberry and plum with secondary notes of chocolate and cedar. 93/100 James Halliday Wine Companion 2016.

Dark ruby in colour, St Johns Brook Cabernet Sauvignon has bright aromas of blackbcurrant and rosehip on the nose, with a fresh, tart palate of cassis, dark forest fruits and complex dusty tannins.

From the highly regarded wine making team at Pierro comes this more than worthy second label. Expressive red berry characters on the nose are intermingled with nuances of blood plum, and on the palate these flavours are underpinned by subtle oak.

An elegant palate with flavours of dried plum, forest fruits and mocha, with some savoury notes. Tight, fine tannins provide length and structure, to this wine that finishes with dark chocolate notes.
