Baijiu is China's favorite spirit, and it's now made here in Australia by East Coast Baijiu. Our sorghum liquor is made with Australian Red Sorghum and fermented with a specialized Baijiu yeast imported from China. East Coast Kaoliang liquor is smooth and complex with a hint of natural sweetness.

Negroni bitters is a blend of Australian oranges and lemons, mixed with the floral notes of chamomile and the richness of star anise. This Mister Bitters is designed to add an extra layer of complexity and aromatics to the inimitable Negroni, or to be used as orange bitters in classic cocktails.

Amber in colour, this fortified wine shows some sweet caramel overtones, and then finishes nice and dry.

A real Dortmunder - a symbol of German brewing culture - Bright golden colour fine bitter taste with an elegant note of hops. Dortmunder Actien Brauerei is a German brewery in the city of Dortmund, founded in 1868 by the businessmen Laurenz Fischer and Heinrich and Friedrich Mauritz together with master brewer Heinrich Herberz.

Ruby coloured, with a blackberry and blackcurrant bouquet. A velvety smooth medium bodied wine with lovely depth and lingering flavour, and finishes with a fine grained tannin structure. Perfectly aged and ready to drink now, or cellar for up to 8 years

Aromas of dark summer fruits set the stage for this gorgeous mid-weight Shiraz. Blackberries, currants and hints of raspberry are balanced against pepper and spice along with smooth French and American oak tannins to produce a wine with great depth of flavour. Awarded a Silver medal by the Melbourne International Wine Competition, so drink now or cellar for up to 10 years.

Steinbok WetCat is the concoction of Steinbok Peach Schnapps, Vodka and Cranberry Juice. This popular cocktail is famous throughout Australia and Steinbok has mastered it perfectly by replicating the cocktail by only using quality ingredients.

Our winemakers craft Ferngrove's Frankland River range with minimal intervention to highlight the region's pure fruit characters and cool climate natural acidity. The result is a Cabernet Sauvignon with a generous, luscious mid palate of dark berries and liquorice. Robust tannins support the fruit and add a final layer of chocolate and tobacco box on the finish.
