Our tequila’s journey starts with the work of skilled jimadores, agave farmers local to the Tequila region. They identify agaves located in the Los Valles region of Tequila, finding optimal conditions for 818 by waiting for at least 7 years for the agaves to reach peak maturity. Taste: Sweet agave and vanilla, with undertones of tropical and citrus fruit. Body & Colour: Brilliant platinum, light body. Aromas: Lemongrass, mild floral elements, chamomile and light minerality. Finish: Ultra smooth with a bright and crispy finish, notes of almond, key lime pie, and toasted coconut. What Makes It Special: Rested in oak barrels for a fresh vanilla roundness.

Casamigos Anejo Tequila, aged for 14 months in premium American white oak barrels, is beautifully pure and complex. 38% Abv, 750mL La Dama is the largest sustainable blue agave grower in the world. This Reposado Tequila is made from 100% agave, Aged 3 months, organically grown in the highlands of Los Altos. Each artisanal, diamond-shaped bottle is created from “useless, forgotten scraps” of recycled glass. Each Special Edition Gift Box is made from the exhausted agave fibre left over from Tequila production. What was seen as wastage, is given a new, beautiful life. Hussong’s Reposado Tequila is made from 100% blue weber agave, harvested at a minimum age of 5 years, from both the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. A unique cooking method combining the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. The Tequila is then aged for five months in used bourbon barrels to give it a complex flavour and delicate aroma. Aromas of vanilla custard, citrus and almonds lead to a hint of liquorice, fruity agave and toasted banana bread, the perfect mix of citrus and toasted oak.

Hussong’s Anejo Tequila is made from 100% blue weber agave, harvested at a minimum age of 5 years, from both the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. A unique cooking method combining the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. The Tequila is then aged for at least 15 months in used bourbon barrels to give it a smooth and balanced taste. Refined and complex aromas of caramel, vanilla, apple and cinnamon are reminiscent of apple pie, the palate continues with added notes of chocolate, orange and honey with a hint of aromatic spice and a toasted oak finish.

An interesting and stylish bottling from the 1800 Tequila range, 1800 Cristalino is an añejo expression which has been filtered, resulting in a clear spirit that still packs a rich, full-bodied flavour profile. Suitable for enjoying neat, but will also add complexity to cocktails and mixed drinks without changing their hue.

Perhaps the worlds finest producer of Tequila, Patrón is as desirable as any and both beautifully packaged and produced. As opposed to Gold Tequila, Silver Tequila doesn't spend any time in oak barrels and as such it has a lighter, fresher taste. Perfect for the ultimate margarita.
