A 12 Year Old Single Malt aged in bourbon casks for 12 years giving the whiskey a honied sweetness, rich vanilla, oak spices and a herbal undertone. On the nose this Whiskey gives a natural honied sweetness with rich vanilla, oak spices and a herbal undertone. These notes develop to orchard fruits of white peach, apple & pear. The taste offers citrus hints of lemon, dried orange and a touch of honeysuckle. These flavours will evolve giving way to a silky vanilla palate with a tingle of spiced pear and warming notes of ginger and clove to finish.

Our small batch Irish Gin is rested in casks made from Juniper wood. During this time the spirit takes on a beautiful copper colour and gentle sweetness. Juniper wood and juniper berry working together, that's what makes this gin rather special.

Pear and raisins on the nose is a lovely combination, followed by sweet notes of fudge and almond. On the palate is vanilla caramel, dried fruit, sweet almond and dark chocolate. A light spiciness from the oak and a finish of sun-ripened grapes and soft pear caramel.

Mackmyra Brukswhisky is a light Swedish whisky matured primarily in first fill bourbon barrels but also includes whisky aged in Sherry and Swedish oak casks as well as some smokier malt, which all adds to the complexity. The palate is all fresh forest fruits, vanilla custard and pears with a spicy apple pie and oak finish.

To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.
