Tarsier Khao San Gin

Distilled with the classic Thai flavours of birds eye chilli, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf. On the palate its savoury with earthy notes of red pepper, undertones of lemony citrus and aromatic hints of kaffir lime leaf. The chilli flavour packs a punch without the heat. Serve with classic Indian tonic, garnished with a slice of lime and slice of red chilli. Our backpacking adventure starts on Khao San Road in Bangkok, Thailand. This is the backpacking hub of Asia, so it’s a very fitting place to start our trip. 412 metres of neon lights, bars, hawkers and the most amazing street food surround us. The aromas of kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass and Thai red chilli fill the air… Khao San Gin is our expression of this incredible location. To harness the fresh, vibrant flavours of Thai cuisine, we have cold-distilled Kaffir Lime Leaf, Lemongrass and Thai Red Chilli separately in a vacuum still and blended with a traditional distillate of 10 carefully selected botanicals.
