Jed is a supremely easy drinking ale/lager hybrid weighing in at a respectable 3.5% ABV. A healthy addition of Vic Secret and Azacca hops provide an array of bright fruity aromas and a restrained bitterness for optimum drinkability, whilst a Carapils driven malt profile evens the playing field to combine for the ultimate low-alcohol Australian Mid. Paris well with sweet potato wedges & sweet chilli sauce.

Matso’s Chilli & Lime Ginger Beer. A fresh take on an orginal. For years, Broome locals have been spicing up their Ginger Beer with a splash of our Chilli Beer. We,ve added lime for the perfect mix of refreshing ginger, chilli heat and zingy lime.

This take on the XPA style beefs up the body (of the beer that is, not you), and uses just a single hop throughout. If you’re going for one you might as well make it a good one, so choose Citra. It hasn’t been hopped it to oblivion, instead allowing for the addition of crystal malt to express and balance the assertive bitterness. Of course it's been dry hopped generously, so there’s plenty of aroma there too!

This is our new super clean, super crisp, super refreshing, Super Cool lager. Behind the exterior, the old yoghurt factory stood empty for over 20 years before Philter moved in.
