This Split Pick Moscato from South Australia is a gem of a wine displaying a pale rose hue. It has a clean, smooth taste and as the liquid passes through the palate the ginger will fill the whole mouth, leaving a warmth at the back of the throat. This cider displays a perfect balance of handpicked Adelaide Hills apples co- fermented with Queensland mango & pineapple. Carefully crafted to display qualities of a traditional sour with apple sweetness on the back palate, reinforced by the depth of tropical flavours that only fresh Queensland pineapples and mangoes can deliver. The apples provide great structure and a solid acid backbone. The introduction of pineapple and mango lush out this cider with great mouthful, depth and a tropical complexity.

G.O.A.T. was first brewed as a small batch, specifically for the 2018 AIBA Awards. Brewed with high expectations & named accordingly, the beer took out a Gold Medal and became a favourite among Black Hops drinkers.
