Their passionate search for the highest quality fruit lead them to vastly experienced fruit growers of Adelaide Hills. Using only 100% fresh Pears from the region, the cider is very much a clean, crisp fruit driven style with all the complexities and taste of real fruit Pear. The luscious mouth fill adds to the great length with a lovely dry finish on every sip.

Three Oaks Crushed Apple Cider is a hand crafted apple Cider made from only the very best ingredients. This one is a bit stronger in alcohol though with 8% alcohol volume.

Like the place it calls home, the flavours in Burleigh Brewing Twisted Palm Tropical Pale Ale are relaxed and uncomplicated. The unique hopping regime delivers tropical aromas and characters of orange, mango and papaya. All sitting comfortably together. Hopsmith is a West Coast style IPA and all about the hops. Triple dry-hopped, the all American grown hop varieties are allowed to shine with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry, bitter finish.

Freshwater is an American Style pale ale, brewed using our favourite American hop, Cascade. The Freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.

Deep golden colour and a dense foam. Full nose of pine, apricot, citrus, grapefruit and light plum with a slight dank hop grassiness. Light malty in flavour. Strong hop flavours of pine, citrus, apricot and stone fruit. Strong but very smooth bitterness from front to end. Medium-light body with a dry smooth yet bitter finish, leaving you wanting for more. The hop cones were lured by the tunes of the Piper to give this IPA extra flavours.

This cider displays a perfect balance of handpicked Adelaide Hills apples co- fermented with Queensland mango & pineapple. Carefully crafted to display qualities of a traditional sour with apple sweetness on the back palate, reinforced by the depth of tropical flavours that only fresh Queensland pineapples and mangoes can deliver. The apples provide great structure and a solid acid backbone. The introduction of pineapple and mango lush out this cider with great mouthful, depth and a tropical complexity.

Our Japanese Lager pays homage to the refined nature of the style. A proprietary blend of malts gives it a delicate appearance and flavour profile. Filtered, for a clean & crisp mouthfeel, making it exceptionally palatable and truly enjoyable.

Our NEIPA is hazy and malty with a restrained bitterness and sweet flavours of mango, pineapple and oranges. At 6.6% this is our crowd pleaser. Packed with Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra hops to give it a juicy tropical finish.
