The 2019 EDG_ER_2000003129_INVENTORWHITEMIX aroma is an intense expression of classic Sauvignon Blanc; passionfruit and tropical fruit salad with hints of herbaceousness. The palate is crisp and refreshing with flavours of passion fruit, pear and gooseberry filling the mouth and lingering with the crisp dry finish.The 2019 Pinot Gris exhibits intense aromas of vibrant pear, ripe perfumed apple and lifted white citrus blossom. The fruit driven mid-palate displays complex white fruit flavours with a crisp natural acidity.

Balanced and fresh on the palate, with sauvignon notes mixed with the mineral notes of the Chardonnay and fresh apricot from the Viognier.
