De Bortoli Rutherglen Estate Rosé
Made from Grenache with a splash of Sangiovese, two varieties very well suited to Rosé production, giving terrific colour, an aromatic nose, and lovely red fruit drive.Pale salmon pink blush. Cranberry, pomegranate, white pepper and dried herbs. Very light and bright, yet with a flavoursome mix of savoury red berry fruit, crunchy acidity, and hints of kitchen spice and dried herb on a lovely clean finish.
Patrick of Coonawarra P Series Rose
We are a small team at Patrick of Coonawarra, making award winning wine from our estate grown vineyards within the Limestone Coast of South Australia. We produce product of passion, perseverance, people & place. Tasting Notes: This dry style of Rosé is fresh and lively with berry fruit aromas and floral hints combining with a soft, silky mouthfeel. The palate shows hints of strawberries and cream, perfectly balanced with fruit sweetness and a crisp, refreshing finish. Winemaker’S Note: The grapes were picked from a single vineyard, 40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet, 30% Chardonnay, then crushed and left on skins for 8 hours to enhance the flavour and release the vibrant colour, before being pressed. Vintage Note: 2021 was an overall standout vintage. Near perfect ripening condition and cool, mild weather kept the natural acidity of the whites fresh. Harvest decisions were precicely made and optimal balance of ripeness and acidity was achieved.
Brown Brothers Mid Strength Prosecco
With the same great taste as the standard Brown Brothers Prosecco NV, It has a straw colour with subtle green hues and a delicate nose displaying apple and pear characters. This wine retains the freshness and vibrancy that Prosecco is known for and has full flavour at only 7% alcohol. This refreshing sparkling is made to drink now while it's light and fresh and only carries 72 calories per serve.
Rozina Rosé
This Rose Is A Reflection Of The Pink-Hued Rose Dream World. Perfectly Crisp, Dry, Laid Back And Destined For A Good Time. Enjoy Chilled With The Ones You Love The Most. Winemaking - Machine harvested to the press to remove the juice from the skins and limit the potential for too much colour pick-up. The juice was cold settled for clarity with only minor levels of juice fining. Fermentation went through to dryness. At the completion of fermentation, the wine was filtered and bottled to retain all of its aromatic freshness. Tasting Notes - Turkish Delight, strawberry and a hint of tomato leaf. Bright and crisp, savoury and textured. Winemaker - Chris Madrez Fruit Source - Mayfield Vineyard (100 percent Cabernet). A fairly steep aspect with a north facing slope at the western end of the vineyard with the altitude at 900m. Alc per Vol: 13.5 percent

Miles from Nowhere Rose
The nose is vibrant with lifted aromas of spring and summer red fruits; raspberries, strawberries, cherries with hints of rose petal and Turkish delight. The palate is rich with flavours of maraschino cherries, balanced with delicate hints of rose water. The natural fruit sweetness of this wine is balanced by a lively mineral acidity and a dash of savoury spice. Early ripening Shiraz on sandy loam from our most Northern site. Harvested at a lower Baume to create a light pretty style with natural acidity. Harvested in the cool of the night. The grapes were crushed and held on skins until the ideal colour extraction had been achieved before being lightly pressed under inert conditions. Fermented in stainless steel vessels. Yeast strains that promote the natural berry characters were selected. Cool fermentation temperatures. The final blend was given a light fining before being filtered and prepared for bottling.

The King Valley in Victoria has proven itself as ideal for the production of quality Prosecco and Woodvine & Co. is determined to honour both the variety and the delightfully picturesque region. Wild flowers may nestle around the scenic mountain ranges here, but it is the thrilling sight of the rows of grape-laden vines which appeal to winelovers. This is a pleasingly gentle example of the Prosecco variety and has notes of white peaches. A delightful sparkler.
