Our 2024 Rose is a traditional style Rose. Fruit is picked and pressed with minimal skin contact to deliver a pale rose which displays a mix of light and fresh red fruit characters of Margaret River Shiraz. Fermentation followed by a brief period of time on lees has delivered a perfect summer style drink.

With a brilliant colour reminiscent of a Mediterranean sunset, the Fleur de Thym Rose is a true expression of French coastal living. Winemaking - Machine harvested to the press to remove the juice from the skins and limit the potential for too much colour pick-up. The juice was cold settled for clarity with only minor levels of juice fining. Fermentation went through to dryness.
