Syme on Yarra Thousand Candles Yarra Valley Pet Nat
Yarra Valley Pet Nat Refreshing and expressive wine Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc.
Lone Star Creek Red Blend
50% syrah, 50% pinot noir. Some things just work together. Light, spicy, elegant and silky - this wine is far from an afterthought. All of the poise and sophistication of a pinot with all the depth of flavour of a syrah. A genuine pleasure on the palate. Although it may sound a bit left-of-field, the syrah/pinot blend has actually been a part of the Australian wine landscape since at least the 1940s and 50s. The two grapes simply compliment each other and seamlessly weave together to create a light, dry wine with a beautifully inviting palate and tremendous length. This wine absolutely falls into the 'dangerous' category, fresh and friendly enough to open at any hour of the day or night but powerful enough to enjoy with food, the kind of drop that seems to just disappear from the cellar. Combining the texture and 'prettiness' of pinot noir with a distinctly syrah driven dark fruit and violet characteristics. If you're looking for a red to chuck in the fridge over summer then look no further, this is about as versatile as red wine gets.
Warramunda Estate Liv Zak Cabernet Blend
We love Yarra Valley cabernet - potentially the most slept-on style in Australia. Deeply varietal and starting to show just a hint of development, this is an absolute steal and a great way to restock the cellar with something you know everyone will love. Glistening ruby red. Blackberry, vanilla, spicy oak, and beautifully perfumed floral aromas. Dry, juicy and inviting, displaying supple texture and fine polished tannins. Flavours of dried black cherries, mulberry, blackberry and sweet plum with cedar, cloves, dried herbs, tobacco leaf, and black olives. This is a true cabernet blend that is undeniably a product of the Yarra Valley's cool climate. There's potential to age for sure, but with four years under the belt already, we think it's done its time and ready to be released upon the world.

De Bortoli La Boheme Missing Act Cabernet & Friend
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 87%, Sangiovese 13% from the Yarra Valley region in Victoria. A potent and complex on the nose with spicy notes that mingle with aromas of blackcurrant and balsamic nuances. The palate tastes of cherries, plums, liquorice, and rosemary. Mouth filling and elegant with lots of plumpness and texture. The oak perfectly fused in leaf, wild herbs and ripe fruit.
