The Estate Range 'Cool Climate' Chardonnay shows a great concentration of white peach, nectarine and white flower blossom on the nose. There are tropical fruits such as pineapple, honeydew and ripe peach that seamlessly integrate with a firm structured acidity on the palate. This wine has a great clean finish and is ideal to drink now or for careful medium-term cellaring.

From Victoria's first vineyard comes Little Yering, a bright, youthful and delicious Pinot Noir from Victoria's home for the variety, the Yarra Valley. After the success and cult following achieved by our St Huberts Stag Yarra Valley Pinot, we decided more people need to drink Pinot Noir, and we needed to venture out of the Yarra. 2017 is the first vintage of our Stag Victorian Pinot Noir. Fruit for this wine was harvested from selected sites, mainly around Yea, with some Beechworth and others in the mix. Picked early to maintain vibrant fruit, and treated respectfully to maintain freshness. Maturation took place in both stainless steel and seasoned French oak. Fresh, supple, fleshy - Pinot for the masses - that sings like Pinot.

From the stable of Ed Carr, arguably Australia's finest sparkling wine maker comes the Yarra Burn range of wines including this non vintage Yarra Burn Premium Cuvée Brut. The wine shows lifted citrus and stone fruit aromas with nuances of toast and mushroom. The palate shows great structure, elegance and persistence of flavour.
