RedHeads has always been a bit of a rebel! The winery was started in 2002 in the McLaren Vale - a cellar where young winemakers could come in their spare time and make just the sort of small-scale wine they dreamed of (not like they did in their day job). Bearing all the hallmarks of a classic McLaren Vale Shiraz, whole berry fermentation provides succulent black fruits coupled with floral, seductive palate. Hints of blueberry, spice, and mocha give way to a beautifully polished, fragrant finish.

Elegant with a complex bouquet and palate. Ripe berry fruit with subtle oak notes and soft integrated tannins. The bouquet has ripe black fruit, mocha and fruitcake spice, with orange rind on show; the palate is dense and unctuous, the bitter chocolate providing a pleasant foil to the ripe black fruit on display.
