First introduced in 1995, Del Maguey offers a collection of exceptional, rare and unblended mezcals created by individual family producers in remote villages throughout the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. Vida was created for use in cocktails.
Calle 23 Anejo Tequila
Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. This anejo tequila is aged 16 months. It features a very satisfying agave rich palate featuring salty and buttery vanilla garnished with oaky smoke.
Camus Grand Vsop Cognac
Smooth and quite viscous, there is strong evidence of raisins on the palate with a warming finish. This rich Cognac will appeal to all Cognac drinkers.

Prosper Delord was a travelling distiller who upon discovering Armagnac fell in love with the spirit and decided to start Maison Delord in 1893. Jean Boyer Pastis Emeraude
A fine artisanal pastis using long macerations of selected plants and herbs and distilled in old cooper stills. Its fresh and elegant with notes of anise, sweet almond and chartreuse.
Jean Boyer Pastis Restanques
Domain des Restanques in Provence has over a 1000 aromatic plants like sage, wormwood, lemon verbena, rosemary, angelica, balm, coriander, mint ... others like gentian, savory, thyme grow abuntly in countryside. Jean Boyer selects 24 plants and 12 spices to macerate individually before blending and distilling. The pastis is then bottled without filtration to keep optimum flavour and colour resulting in an intensely elegant drink.
Michter's US 1 Sour Mash Whiskey
Michters is Americas first distilling company, dating back to 1753 when they started out making rye whiskey. They take a 'Cost Be Damned' approach to the production of every barrel, using various methods including air drying for 36 months, toasting the barrels before charring them, using a low barrel-entry strength, heat cycling to encourage ageing during the frigid winters and using specific filtration types for each whiskey they make. The Sour Mash is their original recipe whiskey.
High West Rendezvous Rye Whiskey
High West is Utahs first distillery since 1870 and the worlds only ski-in gastro distillery. Hand-numbered labels adorn hand-blown glass bottles with wooden-topped cork stoppers. The whiskeys are all 46% and not chill-filtered. High West Rendezvous Rye is a marriage of two straight rye whiskies: an exotic 6-year-old with a 95% rye and 5% barley malt mash bill, and a very rare 16-year-old with an 80% rye, 10% corn, 10% barley mash bill.
