Cullen Mangan Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Since taking over the reigns at Cullen in 1989, Vanya Cullen has taken this esteemed winery to new heights including winning for herself the Gourmet Wine Traveller Winemaker of the Year honours along the way. Add to that precision an added layer of complexity and texture on the palate and you have what many consider to be Western Australia's premier 'classic dry white'.

Swings & Roundabouts Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

This aromatic white blend is a fusion of 92% Sauvignon Blanc grapes with 8% Semillon grapes. These fruit parcels were harvested in the cool of the night and then cold pressed. The juice obtained was fermented in stainless steel before bottling. The resulting blend displays a pale green colour. The lifted bouquet exudes fresh aromas of guava, with hints of Semillon grapes evident in the background. The medium-bodied palate initially presents flint dry and racy fruit flavours, balanced by crisp acidity. The finale is excellent and lingering. Made for consumption upon release, this enticing white wine has the potential to be cellared for 2 to 3 years from vintage. Swings & Roundabouts Sauvignon Blanc Semillon goes well with poached salmon, Rottnest King George whiting or goat cheese.

Moss Brothers Moses Rock Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc

The Moss Brothers name has been a hallmark of high quality Margaret River wines for over 30 years. ‘Moses Rock’ was the name of a wild stallion who roamed the Wilyabrup region of Margaret River in the 1920s. Legend has it, that he was named after the very popular surf break, because of his energy, spirit and wild temperament. You'll see him on the label of this vibrant and super-fresh, aromatic Margaret River Sauvignon.

UMAMU SAUVIGNON BLANC SEMILLON

Umamu create exquisite handcrafted wines. Each bottle is deliberately and meticulously created: from the delicate balance tasted within each glass, to the small touches of family handwriting and messages on our labels. Our philosophy has always been to give our wines time to age in the bottle before release, a rarity in today’s market. Enjoying wines when they are ready to drink, rather than straight after bottling, is the reason Umamu wines have developed such a pleasant and sophisticated texture. 2008 is just glorious on its own or with food. It is all grown up and ready to go. This vintage is going down well with Umamu SBS fans, why not have a go?
