Pale and specialty malts form a sturdy base and a deep brown pour – it’s the same grain bill as our flagship stout, which is a win for existing fans. NZ and German hops provide fragrant kick, something accentuated by the natural gingerbread flavouring, which spurs images of a freshly baked tray. Expect aromas of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and of course, gingerbread biccies. To drink, it’s full and rich, showing more of the above (much more) and a pleasant, lingering finish of spice. Yum.

This is a richer version of the famed Irish stout, loaded with dark chocolate & roasted coffee beans, rich chocolate milk smoothness on the palate and toasty malts on the finish.

Velvety smooth palate of dry, burnt flavours, complimented by roast, cocoa and coffee notes. Black, creamy and delicious.

Deep dark colour with reddish hue when held to the light. It pours a thick creamy head that is almost tan in colour. Rich and complex coffee aroma with light liquorice notes. This stout has a robust flavour with a full bodied and smooth mouth feel. A generous addition of fuggles hops leads to a tart bitterness which mingles with the roast espresso flavours on the tongue.

Dark brown colour with a persistent head resembling espresso creamer, a blend of coffee, chocolate and grain aromas, exceptional mouth feel and dark malt characteristics, the combination of malt tannins and hop bitterness results in a dry finish. Can be consumed young or cellared for a number of years with excellent results.

Filled to the brim with beautiful dark chocolate and coffee notes. A light creamy mouthfeel that dries out on the palate right at the end bringing you back for a second sip. The English hops used bring in some earthy grounding and a subtle spice flavour that rounds out this beer nicely.
