Stout

The Grifter Brewing Co. The Omen Oatmeal Stout (4 Pack)

The Grifter Brewing Co. The Omen Oatmeal Stout is a rich, smooth stout with layers of malt complexity. Roast malt, coffee and chocolate notes. With no other plan but to make good and honest beers, The Grifter Brewing Company began when Matt King, Glenn Wignall and Trent Evans set out to do just that in 2012. Proudly independent to this day, the guys have been steadily running their own race ever since. The original plan hasn’t changed, either. From the far-out and fruit-driven to classic styles with a new world spin, every Grifter beer is made with best-quality hops, malts and sheer drinkability in mind. Simply, it’s got to be a beer before anything else and there’s something in our tanks for anyone who wants to enjoy a classy one.

Brick Lane Fear Asylum Imperial Stout Can

If you don’t face your demons, you might end up mad. Aged on a blend of sugar maple and amburana, lending a phantasmagorical expression of ginger shortbread, maple, black pepper, herbal thyme, hyssop and mallow. Just as you think you begin to understand, the aroma shifts into another impossible fractal geometry, leaving your sanity buckling.

Backwoods Stout Expression Australian Rye Whisky

Leigh and Bree Attwood are the couple behind Backwoods Distilling Co., based just south of Albury in Yackandandah. The venture was inspired not by Scottish single malts or American rye classics, but by tasting Australian whiskies. The brand debuted in August 2020. Heritage Rye forms the basis of this four year old expression, along with a portion of malted barley and wheat. Maturation took place in a 200L ex-Whipper Snapper Corn Whisky Cask that held Bright Brewery Stout for 3-6 months. 47% Alc./Vol. Notes from the producers... Nose: Bright fresh cut pine, honey and coffee. Taste: Vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Finish: Long and sticky with a late touch of spice.

Pirate Life Brewing Stout Can

Our stout has sturdy base, which comes courtesy of pale, crystal and roasted malts. International hop varieties lend bitterness and a lick of spice, while brown sugar adds notes of molasses and caramel. It pours coffee black, with a nutbrown collar. Expect aromas of espresso, dried fruit and freshly ground cacao. To drink, it’s full and silky, with mild roasty notes and a sweetness that lingers politely on the palate…'cause sometimes only a stout will do.

Pikes Beer Company Stout -

Phillip Island Brewi Chicory Stout

Visitors often ask “what are those old, brick towers dotted around the Island?” Chicory farming was introduced to the Island in 1870 and the kilns still stand today as a reminder of our history. Classic Irish in style, using hops and malts imported from the UK, roasted chicory was added during the brewing process. Enjoy this unique Chicory Stout as a tribute to the history of Phillip Island.
