BentSpoke Crankshaft IPA is similar to a West Coast IPA with a floral nose with notes of citrus and pine. Medium bodied with a nice punch of hops and a solid malt finish. A great beer for lovers of big full flavoured brews.

Starting with 100 percent Australian hops, picked to deliver a gentle rush of tropical fruit and subtle pine notes, hinting at sunshine and surf and the salt-sweet scent of summer. Next is the Australian made malt to cut through the bitterness and deliver an instant Aussie classic that's big, bold and beaut.

Pours a hazy orange with a small head that dissipates to produce good lacing. Fruity, citrusy aroma. Beautifully balanced flavour with good sweetness and subtle bitterness. Juicy orange aftertaste.

Four new world hop varieties (Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo) have gone into this IPA at all stages of the brewing process to lend a big juicy, fruity aroma, robust flavour and firm bitterness. There is a pale malt bill with a few specialty malts for good measure, just enough to carry the seriously large hopping regime! This beer is for people with great taste, who love a modern day classic IPA!
