About the Beer There are IPA’s and there are legendary IPAs. Ours is legendary. Pale golden with orange glints this beer is forged from the finest British hops and varieties gathered from the far-flung shores of the pacific. Prepare for an intense tropical explosion of zesty oranges, grapefruit, honey and juicy bitterness. Winner of the World’s best IPA award. Like we said, Legendary.

A big, American style ale which is fairly bitter at 80 IBUs and with large amounts of dry hops in fermentation for a crisp aromatic citrus hop hit which is balanced out by strong malt backbone.

Brewed with oats and wheat and left unfiltered for a hazy appearance and super smooth delivery. Dry hopped for a full-tilyfruit hit with lashings of pineapple, mango and a hint of zesty lime, Hazy Janes delivers a low bitterness, hop-heavy onslaught packed with tropical fruit flavours.

Light in colour, dry on the palate and thirst quenching in the extreme, wheat and pale malts compliment this generously hopped ale. Hops are added all the way throughout the boil and again in the fermentor. Centennial and Chinook provide a citrus and resinous base before mosaic shines through with a big tropical fruit hit.

Mash hopped, first wort hopped, whirlpool hopped, fresh hop flowers in the hopback, dry hopped… You get the picture. It’s all about the hops!
