This well crafted Pinot Noir presents red fruit aromas of raspberries and strawberries coupled with some rose and earthiness. Age this wine in the cellar for 3 to 5 years for great complexity. Enjoy it with roasted chicken, salmon or pasta dishes.

The wine is tightly packed full of black fruit, spice, cloves, and liquorice. The grape tannins are soft and are beautifully integrated into the wine, giving the wine structure and adding power, balance and a savoury richness. Whilst enjoyable now, this wine will reward careful cellaring for up to 2 years.

This delightful Yarra Valley Light Red Blend is 50% Shiraz, 50% Pinot Noir, and is beautifully robust yet soft and generous. In the glass: Medium red purple. On the nose: Beautifully perfumed black cherry, blood plum, whole bunch spice and peppery lift. On the palate: Elegant yet powerful with a fine web of tannins underpinning the complex mixof silken red and black fruit. It features notes of clove and five spice with bright acidity.

A vibrant pinot noir from master wine-maker Rob Dolan out of the Yarra Valley. Lots of black cherries, plums, aniseed & spice brimming from the glass followed on the palate with savoury, truffle, velvety texture. The wine is dominated by savoury herbal characters with lovely chocolaty raspberry flavours. Will easily cellar for another decade if you can wait that long.

Savoury, woody spice adds greater interest to become quite intense in its cherry skin and stone flavours, with intriguing white mushroom and pepper notes in the finish.

This savoury Pinot Noir is the result of an assemblage of twelve individual batches sourced from our Maroondah Highway vineyard. Subtle aromas of rhubarb, violets, earth, chervil, mace, leather, pencil shavings & cocoa nib with a stemmy note contributed by fermention with stalks. The composed elegant palate exhibits strawberry, tamarind & peach stone tartness from ingrained natural acidity, softly spreading fruit weight & sweeping talc-like tannins.

Its fair to say Luke Lambert hasn't looked back since 'relocating' his Syrah to the Tibooburra vineyard. This southwest sloping site lies in the southeastern corner of the Valley, near Gembrook, and might be the coolest microclimate of the Yarra. The site is expertly managed by Greg Kerr, the grower who planted the vineyard in 2001. The soils here are considered very unusual for the Yarra, comprising a seam of black volcanic topsoil over yellow clay with a smattering of granite rock throughout. Furthermore, the quality of the clonal material in Tibooburra supplies Lambert with deeper and darker Syrah fruit that also has more depth and structure. This is what drew him to the site and a good chunk of the reason the Syrah has become a touchstone example of cool-climate Yarra Shiraz.

This cool climate Yarra Valley Pinot Noir has aromas of cherries and summer berries and hints of spice and oak. The palate is bright with red fruits and soft tannin. This superb Pinot Noir shows what heights can be reached when modestly priced wines are produced in outstanding vintages. Expect a red and dark cherry fragrance with a hint of spice. It's light bodied with earthy flavours of red berries delivered with finesses one of the finest producers of the 'Fronsac' appellation. Predominantly Merlot, there's supreme depth of dark fruit, together with the 'polished' structure so synonymous with the 2012 vintage.
