This deep red-hued Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a brick red haze. The aromatic nose flaunts pleasing scents of ripe berries and dry herbs such as aniseed and sage. These fragrances make way for a rich and soft palate filled with concentrated fruit flavours and balanced tannins. This full-bodied Cab Sauv ends in an elegant, yet powerful and long finish. Made for consumption upon release, this mouth watering red wine has the potential to be cellared for six years. It tastes fantastic with mustard and herb crusted rack of lamb, served with sautéed vegetables.

With new winemaker Ollie Crawford on board, the newly labelled Devil's Lair Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% fermented in French Oak, 40% of which is new. The wine begins with concentrated cassis and redcurrant on the nose with hints of cedar and spice to give this classic red an imposing presence which continues on the palate with dense brooding flavours and French oak complexity.
